Workshops are a special tool within team and individual processes. I like to design and make bespoke experiences and ‘process tools’ for these workshops with a high degree of engagement and interaction for everyone involved. The mix of design and psychology comes through strongly on these workshop days as I try to tailor the experience to the project, people, context, time and place.
